He is renowned for his expertise in organizational transformation and progressive HR practices. Rajeev holds a Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering from NIT Durgapur and a Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai. He is certified in Strategic HR Practices from Cornell University and is an EMCC UK and Hogan certified Executive Coach.

Praveen is an engineering gold medalist and holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Management School, UK. He brings over thirty-five years of extensive international experience in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement across various industries, including FMCG, heavy equipment manufacturing, and food & beverages. His previous roles include significant positions at Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, Mars (Wrigley), Bacardi, and Tropicana. Known for his strategic and innovative approach, Praveen has a proven track record of driving organizational growth through transformational leadership and talent development. In his new role, he will focus on enhancing our Global Manufacturing Operations by driving standardization, process optimization, and innovative growth, while embedding a Lean Six Sigma culture within our manufacturing operations.s
Peeyush Kumar
Peeyush Kumar, Chief Procurement Officer
Peeyush began his career at EPIC in 2003 as a Trainee in China and moved to the Hong Kong Headquarters as a Senior Fabric Merchandiser in 2008. By 2015, he became a core leader in the Fabric Division, building a high-performing team and a robust global supply chain. In 2022, he launched the Trims arm, expanding it to a 50-member team across Hong Kong and Bangladesh. Known for his commitment to innovation, Peeyush will now oversee all indirect procurement, focusing on process optimization, technology adoption, and team upskilling. His leadership is expected to elevate EPIC's Procurement Function significantly.

Helen is a qualified solicitor of Hong Kong, England & Wales, and Ireland (non-practicing), and a member of the State Bar of California. After working in private practice for several years , where she dealt with both cross-border commercial and litigation matters, Helen joined the Epic team as Group Legal Counsel.

Brian is responsible for being a touchpoint with our customers in the US during the development stage as well as market intelligence. Before EPIC he had worked with JC Penny for almost 14 years.
Vidhura Ralapanawee

With a background in climate science and renewable energy, he reimagines apparel manufacturing in a sustainable era. With apparel sustainability experience spanning 15 years, he brings specialized knowledge in sustainable factory design, resource efficiency and sustainable product innovation. He leads our sustainability strategy bringing in a creative and activist mindset. He has experience in influencing the global sustainability agenda through industry associations such as Sustainable Apparel Coalition and ZDHC.
Mr. Kutubuddin Ahmed

Born in 1956 in Dhaka, Mr. Kutubuddin Ahmed graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He began his business career with Envoy in 1984. Starting with a single Garment manufacturing unit, today this businesses that Mr. Ahmed started have transformed into most thriving entities in Bangladesh. ENVOY LEGACY now consists of Garments, Textile, Real Estate and Freight Forwarding. Mr. Ahmed is a self-motivated person with strong principles. Under his dynamic leadership and farsightedness.
Having entrepreneurial talent and vast experience, Mr. Ahmed has succeeded to promote and administer industrial & business enterprises in manufacturing and exporting of readymade garments, textiles, information technology, airlines, freight forwarding, hospitality industry, trading (local and international), real estate development, consumer products to name just a few.
Mr. Ahmed, over the years has been accredited with numerous awards for his active contribution towards the development of the sports community of Bangladesh. He was awarded with "National Sports Award 2002" the highest recognition for contribution as a sports organizer in Bangladesh. He has also received other notable awards, which include international Olympic Committee (IOC) Trophy "Sports and Community" to name just a few.
Mr. Ahmed has undertaken various Social-Welfare initiatives for the downtrodden people and continues to operate a number of his own charitable (non profit) organizations in various parts of the country. He also works very closely with the local community and actively takes part in local charities, sports sponsorship, youth sports, drug awareness programs etc.

Philip Marcovici is retired from the practice of law and consults with governments, financial institutions and global families in relation to tax, wealth management and other matters. An area of focus for Philip relates to the many issues faced by wealth and business owning families, including governance approaches and the trust, partnership and other structures used in the ownership of family assets. Philip has also long worked with fashion and brand owning businesses, primarily in Asia and Europe, and has been involved in strategy, private equity and other matters relevant to manufacturers, designers, brand owners and investors.
Mr. Tanvir Ahmed
Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, Group Advisor
Mr. Ahmed is the Director of Envoy Group. He has gathered experience in Ready Made Garments (RMG) and Textile fields through his internship completed in Hong Kong. At present, he is involved in the development of the group’s various activities.
Apart from his directorship at Envoy Group , today Mr. Ahmed is the Managing Director of Green Textiles & Director at Platinum Boutique Hotels, Sheltech (Pvt.) Limited, Sheltech Engineering Limited, Sheltech Brokerage Limited, Sheltech Protection Services Limited, Aero Speed International Ltd. (GSA Malaysian Airways), Speedy International Ltd. (GSA – Rotana Jet)
Additionally, Mr. Ahmed is involved in social and welfare initiatives for the underprivileged and works closely with a number of NGOs to alleviate poverty.
He hopes to lead the development of new ventures and incorporate traits of corporate cultures. Using his management expertise, he intends to bring new and innovative ideas within the group.
In the year 2014, Mr. Tanvir Ahmed was recognized as the youngest CIP by the government of Bangladesh at the age of 29 for his contribution in the national economy.
